Founder and President

John S. Fountaine, the Founder and President of Fountaine and Fountaine Corporate, Business and Institution Consultants, is the originator of the Verizon Team Base Organizational Structures, a cutting edge technology that includes organization/institution behavioral development, management strategies and team base organizational behavior (TBO). John has a passion for teaching and applying practical principles to the total business enterprise.John has held senior level positions in manufacturing and operations. His background embraces over 28 years expertise in redesigning/restructuring and operational excellence with extensive domestic and international experience in all regions of the USA as well as South America and Mexico. He has worked as a change agent to enhance the net worth, with large global corporations, businesses and institutions in diverse industries that include paper, tobacco, telecommunications, as well as colleges and universities. Prior to starting Fountaine and Fountaine Corporate, Business and Institution Consultants, John was an executive with a large international corporation where his responsibilities included managing and leading the transformation of a group with 25 sites worldwide generating over $1.5 billion in sales. Dr. Fountaine is a graduate of Boston University in Boston Massachusetts where he earned the degree of Doctorate in Personalities and Culture, Applied psychology of Behavior. He is the author of several publications. His most recent book to be published is entitled First Quarter Mile: Then the Race."
